DAVID BARNES, Painter David Barnes paints in Bristol RI. Teaches in Fall River MA (at Bristol Community College) and lives with his wife, daughter  and dog in Newport RI. “My recent paintings draw inspiration from a variety of sources. Found photographs, amateur videos, and “real world” observation all find their way into my work.  My best paintings are curiously composed with unexpected color schemes and executed with apparent ease.”
