Bristol Art Museum – 10 Wardwell St
The Bristol Art Museum is exhibiting works from all Bristol elementary school students for the very first time! A Del’s Lemonade Truck will be parked outside the museum to the delight of all ages. Take a moment to paint a kindness rock during your visit!

RE/MAX River’s Edge – 47 Bradford St
Barbara Swanson and Lynn Hughes are Warren residents and neighbors. They have created an exhibit at REMAX that includes local scenes of Blithewold, Bristol, Narragansett Bay, and nearby Massachusetts.
Maya Cordeiro has been designing & weaving her line of modern textile home decor and accessories since 2008. Her work can be found at bristollooms.com and in stores throughout New England. Maya’s work will be set up outside REMAX. Take a self-guided tour of the Federal-style mansion and gardens featuring 200 years of history, original furnishings, sculpture, and nationally significant architecture.
What makes a tool a tool? The BH&PS’s current exhibit, “Different Tools, Different Views” examines this question through artifacts; some recognizable as tools, some not, that made work easier for Bristolians.
Kendall Reiss Studio & Gallery – 469 Wood Street
Local Bristol artist, Kendall Reiss will discuss ongoing research pertaining to her most recent project – using a castiron plumb bob mold on loan from the Tim Borstein Collection of Historic Tools to cast a set of bells, which will be permanently installed at Coggeshall Farm Museum in June 2019.
Hotpoint Emporium – 39 State Street
The upper and lower galleries are bright and bursting with color as we get ready for summer, including mixed media works by Melissa Rose Linhares, acrylic paintings by Ellen Starck Shaeffer; and a collection of special edition mugs made by Andrew Thomas Nasser. The co-op is also excited to begin the summer with the newly restored 1940’s neon sign, with handmade commemorative gifts to help support the restoration fund.
Caron Jewelers – 473 Hope St
Diane Berube-Catanzaro – Diane graduated from Tyler School of Art at Temple University with a Master’s Degree in Printmaking. Co-owner of Caron Jewelers with Joe Caron, Diane recently started designing fine-jewelry using rare and unique gemstones from around the world. These one-of-a-kind pieces are part of the Michi Designs collection, available only at Caron Jewelers.

Author Discussion: Join Donna Harrington-Lueker, local author of Books for Idle Hours, for a discussion on nineteenth-century publishing and the rise of Summer reading. Donna explores the beginning of Summer reading and the backlash against it.
Washington Lodge Masonic Temple– 39 Baker St
The fresco murals on the 2nd floor were selected from works of “Book of the Dead” & “Papyrus of Ani.” Max Muller, a member of the Lodge and RISD graduate, hand painted the murals in 1915.
