“Refugees, the Human Face of War” at Tigris

REFUGEES: THE HUMAN FACE OF WAR
Refugees: The Human Face of War Sunday, August 19th at 7 PM East Bay Citizens for Peace and Tigris Art Gallery are co-sponsoring “Refugees: The Human Face of War” at Tigris Art Gallery, 190 High Street, Bristol, RI. The program, which is free and open to the public, will feature personal stories from Syrian refugees and a presentation by refugee organization volunteers, Amanda Esons and Selahattin Sep. An art sale and auction of works by Selahattin Sep and Dave Slipp will benefit the refugee work of Bodrum Humanity in Turkey. Music will be provided by Barry Brown.
