Warren throws open its doors for our annual festival of arts, food, independent businesses, history, working waterfront and so much more.
Park and walk, take the free trolley, or hop on a pedicab to explore our historic downtown! Water views, architecture, shops and boutiques, eateries and cafes, plus a rare glimpse into artist workshops and studios.
